Our delivery margin is approximately 15%, inclusive of all overheads, management, and in-house engineering. No hidden contingencies, no inflated preliminaries, no PC-sum gamesmanship. Traditional delivery stacks 20% builder margin on 20% subcontractor margin — we remove the layers.

Our commercial model is approximately 15% all-inclusive — covering trade, overheads, management, and in-house engineering. Traditional delivery embeds 20% builder margin on top of 20% subcontractor margin (40%+ stacked). We remove the layers. The margin is fixed. The delivery is time-certain. The reporting is open-book. We do not win work on opacity and we do not recover it through variations.
